- Can I pick up my battery from your stores?
Sure can! Check out our list of stores by clicking on the ‘Our Stores’ link. Alternative arrangements may be available closer to your home – contact us and we will see what we can arrange for you.
- What if I make a mistake and order the wrong battery?
No problems. We will arrange to swap your battery provided it is not used and is in good condition. A service fee may apply – simply contact us to make suitable arrangements.
- Can I arrange a time for a battery delivery?
Of course! We will work with you to make sure your battery is delivered quickly, safely and efficiently by one of our friendly staff members. Just let us know your special requirements and we will do everything we can to meet your needs.

- What is my warranty on the batteries?
All BATTERIES ONLINE products carry a nationwide manufacturer fault warranty and should you have any warranty related concerns with your battery you can contact us for an immediate response. Wherever you may travel in Australia the BATTERIES ONLINE warranty will travel with you.
- Would you prefer to pick up your battery from one of our city or country locations?
Just let us know where you want to collect your battery (click on the ‘Our Stores’ link) and BATTERIES ONLINE will sort out the details – no fuss no worries.You are welcome to purchase your battery online and we will have it waiting for you at your nominated BATTERIES ONLINE location to be collected at your convenience. Once you have determined the battery you wish to purchase and have gone to our checkout, you can then provide us the details of your delivery address. We will contact you promptly to confirm delivery details.
- How long will it take to deliver my battery?
24 Hours within Metro areas and 48hrs within Regional areas (weekdays only), Home Delivery & Fitting Service provided by our own friendly staff.
- Can I have a battery fitted to my vehicle?
We can provide a fitting service during working hours in most locations depending on where you are! A fitting fee will apply to have our experienced battery fitters service your vehicle safely and correctly.
